Automation: Hydron belives that the role of human in solder production is to supervise, rather then operate the equipment. That is why we are constantly redesigning the machinery and systems in order to reduce the role of operator - we have installed PLC controllers, HMI panels, frequency inverters and other automation systems. Recently we have started work on the introduction of a complete SCADA system, which will allow for complete interconectivity with database and ERP and CAM systems.
Efficiency: Over the years, the output of the extrusion line has been more than tripled. We understand that time of reaction to changing demand and the shortening lead times for Customer's orders are key challanges as well as key levers of success in the solder products market. We work hard to
Environment: At the same time, we belive that it is important to conserve the available resources. That is why we arrange the production systems to consume less energy (e.g. shortening the working time of furnaces), produce less scrap and material waste. We have also created special systems for lead-free solder production.
