Hydron offers two different models of wire spool winders.

For fine wire diameters, ranging between 0.4mm and 2 mm, we offer the SW-112 Semi-Automatic Spool Winder. This unit is designed to process wire produces by Hydron's Light Wire Drawer MWD-112/2/3

For larger wire diameters, from the range of 2-5mm, we offer the Semi-Automatic Double Spool Winder SW-212/2. This unit is desined to spool wire produces by Hydron's Heavy Wire Drawer MWD-112/3/12.

SW-112 Semi-Automatic Spool Winder

SW-112 Semi-Automatic Spool Winder is designed to spool flux-cored or solid solder wire of diameter below 2mm onto commercial spools of maximum size 5kg. The spooling process is fast and does not require the operator's inference - the operator's only duty is change the spools. The wire is electronically counted - which assures no weight variation between the spools.

SW-212/2 Semi-Automatic Spool Winder

SW-212/2 Semi Automatic Double Spool Winder is designed to spool flux-cored or solid wire of diameters over 2mm up to 5 mm onto commercial spools of any kind, especially the 25lb and 50lb plastic spools being in common worldwide use. The unit enables to spool two reels at a time and the process does not require any operator's inference - the only duty is to change the spools.The wire is electronically counted - which assures no weight variation between the spools.
